Returns Policy

At Pink Jelly Club, we hope you love your purchase. However, if you change your mind, you may return your item in accordance with the policy below.

14-Day Returns

You have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to notify us if you wish to return your item.

Once you’ve notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

To request a return, please email admin@pinkjellyclub.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be free from scratches, marks, stains, damage or signs of wear.
  • Be returned with the original dust bag, swing tag, protective packaging and any accessories included with your order.
  • Be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

As our bags are made from transparent TPU material, they can mark or scratch if handled. We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it and its value has been diminished.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as Pink Jelly Club cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Any original delivery charges are refundable only where required by applicable consumer law.

Exchanges

If you would like a different colour, please contact us before returning your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@pinkjellyclub.com, including your order number and photographs of the issue. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Please note: Due to the delicate nature of transparent TPU, avoid placing the bag on rough surfaces or with sharp objects, as scratches caused after delivery are not considered manufacturing defects.
